Capital Campaign
In 2009, OVCE will launch a 3.5 million dollar capital campaign to build the proposed facility. Donations contributed to this effort will be used for land acquisition, architectural design & development, construction, landscaping, equipment, and two years of operating costs. The campaign has been designed to result in organizational sustainability. To Donate click here:
